So on their own the R3 is $29, the sk04 kit is $19, the 2" clamp is $13. What else does this come with to make this a good deal?

The Harbor Freight clamp does not integrate with the jig. It works so much better with the Kreg clamp locking into the grey holder and being able to move the whole set-up quickly and easily from place to place to drill the holes.

I have this system. Works really well and the keep brand clamp makes it much easier if you have more than a couple pieces to cut.

Note that this is NOT the self-adjusting Kreg clamp. I have this manual-style clamp and it works fine once you dial in the thickness.

Ah, that makes sense. I think a Kreg clamp is about $15 by itself

Yeah, this is what I was going to respond. I got the K4 a few months ago and coincidentally bought a "hyper tough pliers style c clamp" from Walmart for seven bucks. https://www.walmart.com/ip/Hyper-.../865300563

Never had the Kreg clamp so maybe I don't know what I'm missing but have had no issue at all with the Hyper Tough one.

The Kreg clamp stays attached to the gray holder part of this jig, the Hyper Tough one doesn't. It just makes it much easier and quicker to use with the integrated Kreg clamp versus the cheaper options.
