Fast charging for a phone happens between 15-30W. 30W is more rare, but some articles have been written about the new iPhone 13 Pro Max charging up to 27W. Of course, tablets and some laptops can use this as well. This particular charger can output 15W, 27W, or 30W depending on the needs of your device.

To be fair, I think the iPhone 13 Pro Max is only advertised as charging up to 20W.
