not nvr but i have the 16ch hybrid dvr (can be fed cctv+ ip cams). It's OEM hikovision with customized firmware. They don't seem to update the firmware though. That said i only use it
transfer the cctv feed to rtsp to feed zoneminder. But it's been reliable. I have a few of their az500 az800 cctv awesome picture,(though i downgrade capturing res in zoneminder, great IR. Only complaint there
is they're big but that's good in a few areas i want them noticeable. Can't speak long term they've been rock solid last few months no odd artifacts restarts, etc ...florida, rain hurricane, uv we'll see how they hold up cams don't last me forever here anyways due to that.

edit: i'll add i tried a few of the other cheap dvr brands zosi, sonance, etc whatever....no rtsp it pretty much had to dial home. this one i can keep behind my network, does have a web ui that works reasonably well (but i use zm), and most of all has normal rtsp urls for cams, etc so can use vlc or whatever. cams are better for sure than those too,
