Lots of Amazon reviews stated these experience F02 errors when under load, with one user examining the inside and discovering two voltage regulators having burned up. They state the UPS was plugged into their desktop computer and it can't handle the jumps in voltage that PCs do.

Something that bothers me is that APC switches back and forth between calling products "Stepped approximation to a sinewave", "sinewave", and "pure sinewave". I have no idea why they would do that, but the only "pure sinewave" UPS they have is the "gaming" one so I am assuming they use pure sinewave as a marketing term.

stepped = simulated

sine wave = pure sine wave
