Fun But Lacks Content
One of my favorite characteristics of angry birds games since it first launched a decade ago (wow that makes me feel old) was the anticipation of making it to the next level to see what the design might be. Even if the levels all had a common theme (Halloween/Xmas/St Paddy's Day/etc.), each stage would have a wholly unique design & layout compared to the previous.
HOWEVER, this game gives you 3 Levels, yes you read correctly… THREE MEASLY LEVELS. The difference being that in the VR version, you beat 1 level over & over with blocks set up differently in each "Stage". Sorry, but it's really not all that interesting launching things at differently constructed Jenga Towers with the same boring backdrop.
Crappy part is how excited I was when I played the first level. Thought this would revolutionize the Oculus Quest 2 and push it more mainstream, a video game console everyone simply MUST own. That optimistic feeling quickly fizzled as soon as I reached "level 2" except for some odd reason it was the SAME LEVEL, only with differently placed blocks and pigs.
To only have 3 stinking backgrounds is NOT ENOUGH… Not for the price they're asking ($15). $5 per level is just too high a price.
The ONE & ONLY saving grace, and the sole reason I rated this ⭐️⭐️⭐️ instead of ⭐️ or ⭐️⭐️, is the "Level Builder". I'm personally not into creating my own levels… I'm far too lazy for that sort of thing, but luckily playing the User created levels IS up my alley. Embarrassingly, the "User Created" levels are far more challenging, and infinitely more imaginative, than the professionally created official levels.
I can't go on without mentioning the biggest disappointment of all… The one thing EVERY Angry Birds player loves is inexplicably ABSENT: HUNTING & COLLECTING HIDDEN GOLDEN EGGS!!! In fact, can you really title a game "Angry Birds" and NOT include Golden Eggs to collect? Not even 1!? Needless to say, I was pretty bummed when I realized Golden Eggs weren't included. Seriously, give us just ONE!
I could easily see changing my review to 5 Stars IF Resolution Games adds some new content to keep it fresh. I'll even pay a few extra bucks for some quality DLC. For Angry Birds VR to get 5 Stars, Resolution Games needs to offer AT LEAST 12-15 ORIGINAL levels.
Lastly, I should mention the controls & visuals. The visuals are very nicely done, nothing too much to say on this front. The controls are very intuitive and easily learned. It works just the way you image it would.

The description stating there's "104 Levels" is INCREDIBLY misleading. There's 3 Levels, each with 30+ challenges. FINAL CONCLUSION Angry Birds VR is a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ game with ⭐️⭐️ amount of Content. OVERALL SCORE ⭐️⭐️⭐️
