Winc is currently running a new customer offer of 4 bottles for $29.95 plus free shipping. Eligible AmEx members may have an offer for $15 back on a $30 purchase from Winc, which can be used up to 4 times. The Winc website will ask you questions and recommend 4 bottles for you, but it also gives you an option to then choose your own bottles. To ensure you get over the $30 threshold you'll need to swap out at least one bottle for another bottle that is $1 more, or mix and match your own to get at least above $60 since what Winc does is take $30 off of your order total. (The tax may push you over the $30 minimum as well, and I've had success with that on past AmEx offers, but I didn't want to tempt fate on this one because my order summary wasn't initially showing tax.)
I was able to do this 4 different times by creating 4 different Winc accounts. The first two I was able to use my AmEx directly, but on account 3 it said my credit card info was invalid. I switched the payment method to Google Pay for the final two orders without issue. For all four orders I got the AmEx "you've used your promo" email within a minute, and the statement credits are showing on my account. At the end of the day I was able to get 16 bottles for $64 + tax. I'm not expecting this highest quality wines, but at $4 a bottle this is great deal for bringing a bottle to a party or a weeknight bottle while cooking dinner.

Be careful, I did this with a prior Amex offer on wine insiders and it caused the offer not to register with Amex.
If someone does use that site, and the Amex offer hits, please post!

Did you refer your self to get 2 free bottles each time you rebought?
Website is hit an miss, seems to think I have bottles in my cart that aren't, plus adding to cart isn't so straightforward from a math perspective as the price in cart can be different.
And then with cb posted (if it goes through) it's even more absurd a deal.
