AT&T iPhone 13 for $599 + up to $800 Trade-in offer - New Accounts Only - Best Buy

Last night, I found that Black and Blue iPhone 13 models are now 200 off with new a new ATT account at Best Buy, which effectively brings the price down to $599.76 for the 128 GB version. Of course, tax and the $30 activation fees apply.
With the $200 new account discount and the current trade-in offer (code TRADEINOFFER21), you should get $800 ($22.22 per month for 36 months) for an older iPhone -like my XR. Please read the trade-in details and make sure you qualify - https://tradein.att.com/offer-details. Also please understand, the 800 off is via 36 monthly bill credits of $22.22. Yes, I am aware that this is kind of ridiculous. The way I am thinking about this is my iPhone XR is worth 120-250. As long as I keep ATT and the 13 for 10 months I am coming out on top.
I think this is the best you can do right now with ATT, which is the only company that has good coverage here. I need to have my number released and will report back if it all works out at the end of the week.

Credit will not exceed the lower of the device cost or the max credit amount as defined above.
So I guess the idea of getting an $800 credit for a $599 phone is not going to happen.
It's not a 3 year contract. They spread out the trade-in bill credits over 36 months. You can cancel anytime. The phone for can be bought outright for 599 which is still a good deal. It's 799 everywhere else.
