Just found this at my local Walmart. My wife went to find a similar one and we found this for 19! Last one. FYI, it is the house but only comes with mirabel

Fast forward to 30 days after this post and this iten is a hot commodity (top 10 seller for all toys category on amazon when it was in stock) with little to no available retail supply and sells for $150 & up on eBay.
