I believe the memory is upgradeable, one slot plus 4 on the board or just one slot. Biggest issue is it's only two cores, but it's still reasonably quick, and that touch screen, yo! But I have enough lappies.

Agreed. I don't know about the whole laptop, the i3 cpu is not meant for heavy gamers, but it is as good as i5 quad-core10th gen comet lake. It's a balance of performance and battery life for beyond everyday usage.
