This is a massive price drop. I've been using TP-Link Deco X60 for about a month and haven't been thrilled with disconnects and other weirdness. Snagged this.
Thinking I'm going to pick this up as an upgrade to my aging Orbi mesh system. Hoping the lack of tri-band isn't an issue if I'm using full wired backhaul only.

If you're using an Orbi RBK50, I doubt you'll see an upgrade, either in terms of speed or range. Ive recently looked into upgrading after running the same router for years - there just isn't any point.
I guess if your current system doesn't get you the range you need though - if you need another satellite, then maybe? Or just buy another Orbi satellite lol.

Also, wondering if you can run two independent mesh networks.

Probably will regret this but who would ever know for sure.

I don't mind a slower child connection if it doesn't dork up my other nodes.
WIFI back haul on my MX10 AX5300 should still work for those two nodes but may slow down two of the 3 bands????????????
Will this work seamlessly with an AX 5300?
Thinking of remote LAN connections for various projects.
