Best I've gotten this for was around $8 per 20 serving tub. This isn't a great price @ $13.33 per

So... 60 servings x 25g per serving is 1500g or ~3.3 lbs. $40/3.3 = ~$12.12/lb. The best I have gotten was $8.03/lb in April/2021.

So, if you are comparing this to previous deals, it's not a deal.

If you are comparing this to normal ISO, it's even worse of a deal... But please note that this is different from normal whey.

With this in mind, I've tried the lemonade and strawberry. Lemonade is really good but the strawberry tastes very "chemically" and I don't like it.

This

I've tried the Lemonade, Dragonfruit, and Mike & Ike Sour Cherry - thought all tasted very good (maybe a bit too sweet but just added more water).

They're definitely a nice change of pace to typical "milky" protein shakes, but a bit expensive to be my main go to.

Sounds like you missed the Thanksgiving week deal... I would expect another deal to happen between Feb and April but have no clue as they have increased their lineup and distribute their deals across their full product line. I half expect them to have a deal on the protein bars soon...

I'm not saving this is an amazing deal, but comparing to prices from 2021 or earlier aren't super relevant right now given the increased cost of raw materials and labor.

Here's a link showing that whey prices have gone up significantly from Dec 2020 to Dec 2021. Given the increase your prior $8/20 servings would now be getting close to $12/20 servings. That puts this pricing not that far above the best price you've paid. Again, this deal might not be amazing, but it is the new current reality. Probably not something to stock up on at this price, but good enough to grab what you need for the near term.

Myprotein is terrible. Usually, the people who praise it are the ones with the lower rep scores. Pay attention

Oh don't get me wrong, it taste like battery acid. "Usually" just cheap. Glad to know you value rep gains over real gains though

Proteins good for well longer than a year. Plan ahead. We buy about 80 lbs twice a year.

I used to buy the clear whey for adding to yogurt for a change from the traditional flavors. It's fine but way too sweet for my taste. Vanilla and unflovered are the bulk of what I consume, GF likes caramel in her coffee drink.

A good serving of yogurt everyday prevents any digestive issues from a lot of whey for me.
