What's the return policy on these? Woot isn't very clear on refurbs and how to return them. The site still has the holiday 2021 language up on the policy section...

Got these to try out. Coming from a pair of airpods pro that I lost after using a month. Sound wise, it's just OK. Transparency mode really sucks on these. They are definitely not as comfortable as the pros. When I first tried the pros I was wowed. Not wowed at all with these. Going to return them. I'm considering getting another pair of pros or the Sony refurbished that are on sale now

Edit. I changed my mind. These are horrible sounding.
