That's actually a good thing AFAIK...Per FDA "If soap and water are not readily available, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recommend consumers use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer that contains at least 60 percent ethanol (also referred to as ethyl alcohol)."

Found a large number of these on pallet right near entrance w yellow Clearance tag. Got mine for 85cents based on weekend 15% off clearance items.
