Costco has Apple AirPods Pro w/MagSafe charging case on sale for $179.99 with free shipping or pickup in warehouse. This is equivalent to the Amazon deal on front page but comes with Costco's consumer friendly return policy
Got this deal yesterday. My first set of Pros are having battery issues after 2 years of heavy use. AppleCare is $ 5 less at Costco vs Amazon. I considered the Max, but since reviews say they are a bad choice for recreational activities,I went Pros again.
Advise getting AppleCare. If a pod falls out while jogging, the person behind you may step on it.

Forget the Apple Care, just return them to Costco. Costco won't be out anything or much at all, since they hold back $$ from sales to account for returns. And at this point, returning is a lot easier than dealing with the Apple Stores.
Costco has a 90 day return policy on AirPods, and a lot of other electronics., Don't mislead people.
