Black dials with small markings and hands may look cool but it's often terrible to be able to read the time quickly in different lighting.

Not sure if I can post pictures here of the exact watch I owned few years ago (JCPENNEY for a lower price) or if I still have it. The watch is TERRIBLE! Color started to get lost (not fade), and the glass of the worst! It kept on cracking till it reached an impossible to read state. The company asks you to send it and pay shipping to fix it (if withing warrenty). I said forget it. Shame. I have a Romanoson since forever and very limited scratches. Shame on Citizen!
