GM has put a cap on how many reward dollars can be applied to a vehicle
Can only be applied to certain models (ie the ones that don't sell)
They make changes to the terms on your earned rewards effective immediately (ie new caps or model limitations or change in earning rates)
Dealers now will just increase the price even more to offset the rewards you have banked.
