Pass on the seller. Reading the reviews, there are lots of complaints of items marked as 'new', which turn out not to be.
If you're a gambler, good luck!

Vipoutlet have the one of the best Customer service that I've known. Always comes back with quick email response and had no problem with Return, replacement, or even very generous partial refund. This is New item that we are talking, what can possibly go wrong? Complaints on review are mostly related on refurb or used item purchase.

I'd argue with the folks who bought something listed as new who got used items.
I've got no dog in this fight.
Everyone is able to make their own minds and choose accordingly.
My 2 cents have been logged, and it's just my opinion to avoid.
