I feel like Eddie Bauer's site has gotten harder to navigate recently. Right now, sorting low to high doesn't work, and picking a certain size shows me whatever the heck they want. Spent ten minutes looking at outerwear to see that they mostly had XS. It's so frustrating.

When sorting by price, sorts by the regular price not by sale price. It is weird but they are sorted.
Anyone have any certs? Or does the new program prevent that?
I can see in my account that my next certificate will be issued on May 16 and it shows the amount and "finalizing reward" -- in a different account, I just see "earning progress" not finalizing.

While this was true in the past, it is not sorting by regular price now. When I search Men's Clearance tops, then sort low to high, the first item is the High Route Fleece with an original price of $90 and a clearance price of $69.99. The t-shirt with an original price of $28 doesn't show up until the 8th row of items.
I agree with Babygyrib, it is frustrating and seems like a very basic sort function that they should be able to fix.
How are the jeans at Eddie Bauer ? Anyone have any reviews or opinions ?
I liked the fit and feel but my last pair wore through relatively quickly. Not absurdly fast, mind you, but I wouldn't call them 'robust'. Unfortunately, like a lot of brands nowadays, the denim they use is kind of thin and flimsy.

Jeans, are thin and flimsy now? My Wranglers didn't get the memo.
I bought jackets from a similar clearance sale on 12/2021, and the quality was bad; the seam at the zippers broke, and the velcro is falling apart. I suspect Eddie Bauer makes significantly cheaper alternatives to their popular jackets and sells them as clearance.
Tried using the code on 5/8/22 and it worked fine when the items were in cart, but when the order went through - the discount code disappeared. I chatted with their customer rep and they told me first that it's for in-store purchases only, then he said it didn't apply to my items (which were clearly on clearance), then they said that they couldn't cancel the order - so very frustrating dealing with them. If you use their site - triple check before clicking submit and take screen shots of the cart and discount code.

Thanks for that. Why they would make that choice, I don't know, but at least there's a reason for it.
