Generally not beneficial — IF you have a balanced diet, which is hard to do in practice. So a multi does no real harm and can be seen as cheap insurance against minor deficiencies in certain vitamins and minerals.

Inflated price. Why not just get the Kirkland brand from xostc which is on sale? Cheaper than this deal and comes with 500 pills

Seems a legit question, if one is a Costco member. Half this price per count, if purchased in warehouse. Or will One A Day make one twice as healthy?

But you don't need to go there everyday. I have a shopping list for this stuff. I know it's getting finished 2 months in advance, so I just put it on the next month's Costco list. It is far, but a trip once a month is worth it
