Amazon warehouse for $102 and comes with the wifi bridge. I got one, works great.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong but the only reason I'm not buying this is because it doesn't have automatic unlocking when getting home.

I have this. It doesn't have geofencing unlocking, but I wouldn't trust it if it did. I have the indoor cameras and have tried the geofencing feature; thrice in 2 months it failed to detect I was still at home and activated the alarm. Will only be setting it manually from now on.
