What was not good was the condition I received them in. Amazon put the box in their simple plastic bag mailer and apparently the driver placed this bag under boxes because when I opened the bag the box resembled a cardboard pancake.
Also, although the high temp here was only 70 degrees that day the first 'treat' I tried was melted. I suppose the bag sat in a truck all day as I received the shipment after 7pm. The thing was edible, tasted OK and I put the rest of the contents of the smashed box in the freezer.
This would be my last Amazon order and delivery with chocolate (or anything else that would not travel well in heat) until say, October.
PS. I know I could contact customer support and get another box of these or a refund, but I think there is a fine line between remaining an Amazon customer and getting booted for too many complaints/requests for refunds. As I said, these were edible, but one would hope that they would arrive in a little better condition.

The coupon shows up for me in incognito without even logging in to my account so it should be for everyone. It shows up as a checkbox titled "40% coupon applied at checkout. Subscribe & Save orders only" that you have to click. Also, apples to subscribe & save orders only. Alternatively, you could have used this 40% off coupon on another product so having used 1-time use coupon, it is gone now.
I hope that helps
Same! Digging all these keto deals, who cares about expiration dates 😂

Good job throwing the box away as its inedible as well.

Could not return it: I bought that well in advance and by the time I opened the bottle the return window has passed (no way the melting happened in my home).
I understand you not risking a return. However, you may want to write a customer comment on Amazon.
