If it's a good price for this tool + battery, it's a slick deal.
This is the m12 fuel ratchet, with a good battery, for a good sale price. Why you feel it's necessary to compare this sale to a Different sale featuring a Different ratchet, one that comes Without a battery, and that requires purchasing/cancellation shenanigans, and say that this one isn't worth being posted, I don't understand.

This is the newer FUEL version (high speed and brushless). All the hacks are for the old non FUEL one that is not brushless. That being said I have the old one and few months ago and love it. If the FUEL extended ratchet goes on sale im in but cannot justify this one. Used my older version all day on jetski, car, & dune buddy and still had 3/4 battery life on 2AH battery.

The hacks are not for the fuel version (this tool) they are for the standard version (different tool)

A "good" price should be based on what it can be obtained for compared to other "sale" prices. Not compared to its "regular" price which is usually inflated to make you think you are getting a good deal.
Not interested in the "hack"? Why? Do you have stock in HD? Do you work for HD?
Most sd'ers are looking for the best price possible and not willing to pay extra for something that can be obtained at a deep discount regularly.
