I have this and it's ran nightly for nearly 3 years. Doesn't have the features of the expensive models, but is a great performer for the price imo

I have an 11S, 30C, 15C Max.

The 11S (right spinning brush wouldn't work properly) always had issues with it so they sent me a 30C. Recently the 30C Left wheel stopped working.

But I do like eufy as I was able to fix both my self from parts directly from eufy. The parts weren't expensive and shipping was free.

I don't have experience with any other robovac but with 3 vac in a 2 story house with 2 kids and tons of women's hair everywhere, I'm happy with it.

I've this same model and i agree with majority of the comments here. TBH ~100 is the correct price point for this. No wifi means no remote triggering capabilities. no mapping means it moves in random direction hoping to clean the area completely. The latter is a bigger problem than it sounds. I've found mine struggling to cover the full hall. Majority of the time I see it in one of it's favourite corner while leaving other parts untouched. I don't understand how can eufy mess up so much specially when they have such great security gadgets
