What else is this good for if I don't use tools? I'm thinking if this is a good purchase to pump car tires
The m12 compressor is cheaper and smaller, still great for any tire job. It has no tank so it's slower and can't blow if you want to use it for cleaning. I kind of want this m18 one just for that, perhaps still too pricey for that use case.
Ordered with free battery then. Showed compressor at $226 but wouldn't let me cancel just the battery. Even though it had check boxes next to each item it only gave option to cancel the whole order.
You're always going to need compressed air for some things. I've had this for a few years now and love it.
True. That's why I said demand was going down. There is still demand, due to pneumatic tools being cheaper, and compressors still serving other purposes, like blowing things out with the compressed air. The demand is definitely going down, though.

Make sure you're shipping the compressor home and picking up the battery in store. Let the compressor ship, then cancel battery as it will you tell you the compressor is not eligible for cancelation once it ships. I do it all on the Home Depot app.

You can do that any more. It will flag and you won't be able to check out until both orders are set with a same delivery method.

This is a battery operated tool
I meant the battery operated tools that don't need compressors, now.
