Lost Planet 2 was removed from sale on Steam by Capcom because of issues with GFWL and people not being able to get it to run. From my experience with almost all GFWL games, you only really need to find the GFWL installer from microsoft and already be logged in with your Xbox account.
If I remember correctly the last time I checked, LP2 just hangs for a long time when trying to login to GFWL, just tab out and do something else. Eventually you should hear a chime and the game will work fine after that. A few other GFWL games do that as well. Tron Legacy is a different problem where it used both GFWL and Securom, but Disney didn't renew the Securom license so it can no longer activate without "3rd party tools."
I don't know which lost planet game it was, but I remember playing a multiplayer PvE round where you spawn in a grassy map with a lake with 3 other people and there's this big ass monster you had to kill. It would swallow you too and you'd have to shoot it's guts from the inside and then it'd poop you out. Fun times.

Will removed Lost Planet 2 from the post 👍
Note that you can get the game at the same price directly from Steam.
