Manufacturer: QINLIANF
Model: HR-519D
Surge rating: 1680 Joules. Mid-tier could be worse
Clamping voltage: Not listed 👎👎
Response time: Not listed 👎👎
A couple people asked in the Q&A section about the clamping voltage and the responses were pretty clueless. Searching some of the other trade names doesn't give any better info. The one blurry photo of the back does not list seem to show any of this. 👎👎
UL/ETL listed: They say ETL. This is what I found in the ETL database.
Two listings [intertekconnect.com], both under the company "SHENZHEN ANHAORUIHE ELECTRONICS CO., LTD - Shenzhen, Guangdong CHINA"
These appear to be rebrands, also sold under these trade names:
AHR, Merkury, Geeni, POWRUI, AHRISE, USRISE, BYTECH, Caselogic, ADURO, ONDOG, POWSAF, POWSAV, ANHAORUI, NUOZHI, ANDAXIN, SHUGUANG, CGUOYOU, QINLIANF, POWRUI, Yintar, YISHU.
First listing is UL-498A [intertekconnect.com], which is a electrical safety standard covering "CURRENT TAPS & ADAPTERS", a.k.a. power splitters.
Second listing is CAN/CSA-C22.2 No. 42 [intertekconnect.com] which is a Canadian safety standard covering the outlets.
There is no listing for the surge protector or USB charger components.
Equipment protection warranty: LOL, year right. 😂
My opinion: Lack of info is worrying. I would not trust this as a surge protector. It's probably fine as a splitter only tho.

Just saying, Costco stuff less likely to burn your house down.

Surge rating: 300J, bottom of the barrel. 👎👎
Clamping voltage: No where to be found.👎👎
Response time: No where to be found.👎👎
ETL/UL: They say ETL. No model number listed which makes it hard to search the ETL database. There is quite a few listings that come up when Isearch "Charging Essentials" [intertekconnect.com] so it may very well be in one of those but I can't say for sure. All those listings are under the company name "NINGBO LITESUN ELECTRONICS CO., LTD. - Yuyao, Zhejiang CHINA". They make lots of stuff with ETL listings and rebrand under numerous brand names, makes it hard to say for sure on anything, but maybe. That company at least has listings for surge protectors along side the taps and other devices, which is at least a better sign than with the device in the OP.
Equipment protection warranty: Nope Nope Nope!
Center mounting screw: Nope
My verdict: Probably won't burn your house down, but don't trust the surge protector to actually protect anything.
"Just saying, Costco stuff less likely to burn your house down."
...less likely.
That's just my theory on highly rated items with low review counts.
Fakespot does not account for this in some items, especially depending on how long those items have been on Amazon. Newer items need time to develop a pattern of high positive ratings without reviews, or review bots where key words begin to repeat in any posted reviews.
