When I bought this in December 2021, it was 1 gummy per serving aka 60 servings a bottle. Recently bought another bottle and noticed it was changed to 2 gummies per serving aka 30 servings a bottle. Still worth it to me since the bottle I bought in December was $12 and this is $4, but worth noting.

My daughter (9) has issues sleeping and gets restless legs sometimes. We stopped giving her melatonin for various reasons and we started magnesium. Magnesium CITRATE seems to work best for her (which this is). My wife used to take a different type if magnesium at night, and when she ran out, she took some of my daughters Citrate and said it had a noticeable calming effect vs whatever type she had before (natures made brand)
When these are on sale, I scoop them up. If not, I get Trace brand gummies. They seem to be the most cost effective as well as effective for my kid.
It's a little more difficult to find for kids because most pills have a much higher dose so options under 100mg are limited.
Depending on the brand, My daughter takes one or two, to get her close to 100mg… a little over/under is ok with us

Exercise
Between soccer, their new playhouse, 3 siblings, and no gaming systems, I'd say she gets more exercise than the average American kid
