Ya it was a sarcastic comment. I was able to swim away from them this year and move to fiber finally!
I'm getting 600mbps and a cellphone for $35/month for 1 years with $200 at 90 days so if you know a better deal let me know...
edit, it seems like the $15.99 credit has already applied to my account. Any reason I should just not bother purchasing the movie (I already have it on DVD) and will the credit stick?

You already 'bought' it for free. So thats why you see the credit.
Its confusing since they seem to do this kind of backwards looking. If you get the deal then first thing I seem to see is that credit show up. Then the charge for the movie follows on your next monthly bill.
"This reward isn't available to you at this time"
I just did the support chat and the rep said it is because I recently moved. I haven't moved in more than 10 years and they just disconnected with me. "Diamond" level for what ever that means.
