Here is a great, free site to test your monitor for dead Pixels. Test your screen for dead pixels now - DeadPixelTest.org [deadpixeltest.org]
Here is another site to test your contrast and colors and such. Single-page version (lagom.nl) [lagom.nl]
In HDR mode the monitor is glorious. The problem is that HDR -must- run at 100% brightness. You are looking at a super bright screen. No dead pixels, a few very cosmetic scratches.
In every other mode, no matter how you fiddle with the controls, everything looks washed out compared to my ASUS ROG TN panel 1080P monitor. This is a real problem if you want to do anything other than gaming - I need the low blue light options, I need to be able to turn things down a bit. And I can't.
For this reason, as wonderful as it is for gaming, I am returning it.
Here is a link to my white saturation test. This is after a factory reset of the monitor settings, on the "Standard" mode: https://ibb.co/qyfWTFv
Completely failed it. In HDR mode it fails 252, 253, 254.
