FactoryAuthorizedOutlet offers a free 4A battery when buying bare 1/2" impact wrench (DCF894).
Add the tool to the card, choose "free gift" battery. The price is $219. Use the code
TXT20 on checkout for $20 off and the final price should be $199 which makes it a good deal (think of it as $160 for the tool and $40 battery). Shipping is free.

NOTE: this might be YMMV and also make sure they have both items in stock.

892 is interesting but if torque is a concern ACME has 899 + 5amp for $260. 899 is better
Maybe. Check out this video (go to the 8:00 mark) https://youtu.be/r-bw8UCOTbo
I already have the Ridgid high-torque, so I figure it would be great compliment.
Also available with a free 4ah battery for $249 at acme https://www.acmetools.com/dewalt-...36435.html [acmetools.com] (edit: OOS online, but dcf892 available for preorder. It has detent pin instead of friction ring)
Olive, if you want the 1/2" drive 'beast' in the DeWalt line, you want the DCF899 [lowes.com]. We bought the two we have for $199 before discounts with a 5 amp battery during pre-Christmas sales. My brother and others bought same. The last deal I saw was with a 4amp battery.
(Up to 700 ft-lbs of max torque and 1200 ft-lbs of max breakaway torque)

Check out the video I posted above at the 8:00 mark.
I did watch it and wondered why the 899 he had borrowed had a breakaway of 1014 ft lbs (from a rated 1100 ft lbs) without an optimized battery and he only got 650 ft lbs out of this one that he allegedly purchased while using the 6amp XR with 21600 cells. He should have caught this from his prior tests, but he has the 899 in low range.
For a mid range, the 891 is a big jump, but curious how the new 900 will be as an upgrade to the 899 that absolutely smokes the 891 when used to it's potential in high range.
