Look at the pictures. They are intentionally slim width-wise. You can then use multiples side-by-side to fit your monitors. The a5's would use a pair each.

I'd rather just cut my own pads or use something more fitted, but the slapped-together method is pretty common, especially for people who like to dabble in swapping speakers.

they didn't properly place the decimals

width: 10cm would be 3.9 inches
height: 5cm would be 2.0 inches

These are mostly helpful for two reasons: reducing vibrations from speakers to your desk and angling your speakers upwards so you get the sweet spot hitting your ears
