I know it's a scummy corpo polished excuse for an (essentially) on-rails shooter with a slight gimmick of some levels being mech and some on foot. Buuuut.... it's a pretty solid experience and a lot of fun for 5 bucks. I suggest giving it a go.

They could easily have just skipped the campaign and charged the same price. That would have been scummy.
Anyone know if the fixed the vulnerabilities leading to the DDoS attacks on this one? I know it's been hacked several times and the developers themselves even recommended uninstalling it for a time just for precaution.

Last I heard - some months back - was that there were at most 2 people still working on support for this game, and that the DDOS vulnerabilities would likely never be fixed. I'm not sure why they'd recommend uninstalling though; DDOS just bogged down the multi-player servers, it doesn't present any threat to players. And the campaign mode isn't affected.

They had time to make a star wars game, though. 🙁
Agreed. I got this for 2 bucks a few years back and damn it's fun.
I'm currently in the middle of playing Fallen Order and loving it. The wall running was most welcome.
