Description shows max 16 inch stud spacing. So this thing will need to be mounted perfectly center between your studs.
*It also lacks a sliding side to side rail for the articulating arm, so there isn't any lateral adjustment capability if your studs aren't center to where you want your TV mounted.*
*Edit: there may be lateral adjustment via methods suggested per user Slick415 in this thread.

You can adjust for center by sliding the tv bracket left or right on the tubes.
Nearly identical one for $27.49 LINK [ebay.com]
I might be crazy but I would not be worried at all hanging this on a single stud. Obviously close to the center (or the load point, i.e. wherever you slide the TV bracket). I think a lag screw like 1/4" or 5/16" has a pull out strength of like 300 pounds in typical framing lumber, and I would use 2.
Are you talking about the front mounting rails where the TV bracket hangs on or the wall base plate? I didn't see any other points or sliding rail connected to the base plate in the pictures.
I suppose alternatively, you could bring out the TV further from the wall and angle the arms to be more in center with wherever you're trying to watch from.

Yes the front rails. The left rail is connected to the right rail to provide sturdy support. I don't have this model specifically but that's how Mounting Dream mounts are. Perlesmith is a solid brand so I can only assume that's the case with this model. I've seen professionals on YouTube mount their TV either to the extreme left or right side of the rails.

All studs are spaced 16" apart unless someone didn't know what they were doing. Hence, this is why sheetrock boards are sold 96" (96/16 = 6).
update- nope it's still live! seems I needed to refresh the product page a few times
