I suspect the op intended to link to this charger which includes a detachable cable and even supports Programmable Power Supply (PPS). The latter ensures that not only will this charger support laptops and tablets, but that it will also provide the maximum charging speed of basically any phone you could throw at it as PPS support is a requirement for the 25W and 45W modes of newer phones (with the exception of proprietary modes from companies like OnePlus).

A good charger, and though the integral cable could be seen as a negative by some the generous 8' length would be great for others. However, note that this charger lacks Programmable Power Supply (PPS) support so is better suited for laptops than phones if you're interested in maximizing charging speed. A new Samsung phone with 25W charging support, for example, would only charge at 15W maximum on this charger as reaching the peak rate requires PPS support.
