Based on FDA.gov there's no age restriction for administering the pills

This is a product that not many heard of before the war in ukraine

The resale price spiked 10 times since the war started..the reason being this is the ONLY full-strength tablet approved by the FDA against radiations

Here is the FDA.GOV that confirms is government approved and doesn't require a prescription
https://www.fda.gov/drugs/bioterr...-iodide-ki and click number 4

There's nothing else approved in adult size and there are only 4 different options this being the most sought after...Manufacturer was OOS since the war started and finally got stock today

Easy reselling and if Putin would use a low yeld nuclear warhead this will become more expensive than gold. SEE Ebay..They sold as high as $150 per from $15 a folio..... Just search for Iosat on Ebay
TBH I expect to get TD because of resellers but it's easy money maker

Great find, especially for reselling.

For personal use you can get lab-grad Potassium Iodide for MUCH cheaper, and in the preferable 65mg amount (children would get 1, adults 2). Expiry dates isn't really something you need to worry about with potassium iodide as it's extremely shelf stable.

Something like this is far less per mg:

Yes, but what's being "approved" is the bubble wrap. Lab grad potassium iodide is all identical. It's not complex chemistry.

Not dogging the product, for resellers it's the way to go since it's what people are familiar with. For a jar of something to put in your cupboard for your family the 65mg tablets from amazon are superior because they allow easier dosing for children and a greater quantity per $.

same company sells a children pack/folio (this is the 2nd FDA approved product out of 4 overall)
https://www.anbex.com/shop/iosat-...dide-65mg/

and a family pack
https://www.anbex.com/shop/iosat-...mily-pack/

I'm not here to split hairs.
The product above sells better because many would rather have the FDA approved product over some chinese manufactured product, bubble wrap or not

Canada.

Above Made in Canada product with accompanying lab certs 3900mg + free shipping = $10.

iOSAT x2 = 3640mg + $10 shipping = $40.

People can make of that what they will.

You can easily use lugol iodine solution on a sugar cube to achieve the same effect.

Fyi this isn't an "anti radiation" and is only FDA approved to prevent the uptake of radioiodine by the thyroid and effectiveness is only if taken before or shortly after a nuclear fission event.

Also the use is only advisable for individuals under the age of 40

Wasn't aware of that part. Does KI not protect well for those over 40 or is I-131 uptake not as dangerous for them? Or is it a greater risk of side effects from KI?

All of the above. Loading the thyroid with iodine can cause sever immediate issues due to the inhibition of producing certain hormones which is more harmful then radioiodine uptake. Also there is a percentage of the population that is iodine sensitive and can cause issues such as anaphylaxis. Furthermore there is a long latency period of radioiodine uptake and the probability of getting a thyroid cancer (this was determined by monitoring the population of Japan after the 2 fission bomb). Over 40 you have a higher probability of having adverse effects of iodine loading of the thyroid vs the possibility of later in life developing thyroid cancer. Also thyroid cancer is very very treatable

Skip this and everything like it. It's hype: You won't know about or see what's coming.
Instead, here is my lay advice:
Do not be discouraged by the fact that this world will always be one with enormous good and also pain, suffering and loss. Do good for others and oneself and make sure that you do your very-best while being the, example of what you think is right. If you are able, than do what you can to improve yourself and others and set the right example by your actions and to a lesser extent with your words. Live with gratitude and age with dignity, love kindness respect and compassion go a long way. The world is not perfect and the state of the world is not your fault. Yet we are all responsible to do our utmost in doing our part to help heal our wounds, inside, in our communities, and in our Country. We are not alone in this struggle for our people and our nation and our earth: we're all living on this planet and earth together and together we will struggle together, fight together, isolate together, cooperate together, unite together and rise together as we strive for the best possible outcome and future for All the peoples of this earth, today, tomorrow, always.

United for the Good and the Betterment and the Prosperity and Peace for ALL.

Peace.
