I think what it does it shrinks the blood vessels in the nose so you breath easily .. but your brain eventually stop listening cause that part need oxygen and push oxygen to these areas that needed it . Which make these vessels grow in size and cause congestion .

The warning definitely on the nasal inhaler, too. Not sure how to add an attachment (I'm on the app), but I have mine with me and it does say it. I can try editing my comment with it later, but it's on their site, too, under "Warnings."

You didn't mention this, but I just wanted to say that the same warning is on Afrin nasal sprays, which are also amazing for clearing my congestion. I usually prefer that (the no-drip on with the green label) to Benzedrex.
