SlickdealsForumsDeal TalkYMMV Walmart Turtle Beach Stealth 600 Gen 2 Wireless Gaming Headset for Xbox Series X & Xbox Series S, Xbox One & Windows 10 PCs $50
I'd take a Chinese branded headset for $14.99 over ANYTHING turtle beach. Absolute trash.
I have this and HyperX Cloud from prev BestBuy deal. I thought of returning the HyperX as this Turtle Beach is more convenient being wireless, now I might just keep the HyperX.
FWIW....and it may go without saying, but Brickseek prices/stock may not always be accurate...for anyone with the desire to check more closely. I happened to be in WM nearby and saw some Astro A10 headsets on clearance for $12.25 plus tax. I snatched one up (ended up returning because didn't like them any better than my current one). BUT...when I actually checked the Walmart app and site for stock close by, the store I was standing in didn't show ANY stock...even though i was looking at 4 of them on the shelf.
So with everyone saying it's trash... what's better in the $50 range? Don't see much out there close to the specs for $50..... could be missing something though... my wm has them at $49 but would like to know comparables if anyone has exp...

For $50 this headset is worth it. The sound from my gen 1 isn't the absolute best, of course. But I'm not expecting $600 headphone sound quality.
Mine are three years old and are only failing because I was rough with how I took them off (it is cheap plastic after all) and didn't properly put them down each time. They work flawlessly, the extra "boost" modes suck though.

I'd get them over any crappy Astro any day.
Thanks for the response. I ended up getting them and I think they are great for my use. I only wear them if I'm playing with family or friends so not an every game night thing. They sound really good with the DTS and Atmos apps. Better than earbuds I had been using lol...
