Story, OP?
I decided to up my price ceiling and got a WonderBoom. Wow, vastly improved sound quality, but yes, you're paying significantly more. Just saying if you want to listen to music and also want it to sound good....you may want to invest in a much nicer speaker and the complaints will go away....
The seller QISITE gets good vendor review, though (as of now) this speaker is their only product on Amazon. This is true for many BUGANI listings, even if the seller sounds official like "BUGANI Direct" yet each seller only has 1 product and create their own listing for (seemingly) identical product, so we end up with a dozen BUGANI M83 listings, for instance. At this price I'm not surprised if it is not made by "official" BUGANI or have the same internals as the original M99 [nerdtechy.com] from 2019 [youtube.com] -- the bike mount is no longer included per recent reviews. Since China loves to clone successful products including their own, the BUGANI brand may have genericized just like what UltraFire has became in the flashlight and Li-Ion battery world -- everyone is making their own BUGANI speaker especially the popular M83.
