This deal is back again If you missed out. Mine came this weekend, are really nice and the pouch is higher quality than I thought it would be- think nylon lined with a rubbery substance. The pliers also have a different coating than the plastic dip that the cobra's have.

I'm also looking for gold flake toilet paper rolls.
At the upper end for the professional daily user (or collector) it would be the versions from SnapOn/Williams [amazon.com] with less flex and a bit wider. For the average homeowner, I would expect the 3pc Amazon Basics [amazon.com] for $15 to work just fine.

Besides the various teeth configurations on the Knipex that can be really useful, or detrimental with like rubber hoses, the compound action of most any brand is easier for most to use; especially in tight places or perhaps smaller hands. Gearwrench (and Crescent [amazon.com]) calls their version "Double-X [amazon.com]." Even Harbor Freight sells their version [harborfreight.com]. If possible, play with in store for a pair that is not too tight and certainly not too loose and keep a little oil on them. We have the Gearwrench version, because at the time I could not find in SnapOn/Williams or even Knipex.
