I bought a similar model from BestBuy about 1.5 years ago, it's a decent gaming machine, played the 3 recent Lara Croft Tomb Raider games with no problem. RAM is expandable and there is a slot for a 2.5" second drive. For occasional gaming it's not a bad machine...hardcore gamers should look for a better machine.

it's a decent deal for $500. But of course it is better to go a step up with the RTX 3050 ti 4gb for DLSS compatibility.

Got a bestbuy to price match. For 500 with a decent dedicated gpu, very hard to beat. Microcenter also has them open box ranging from around 375-460

A friend of mine paid 500 for this two years ago, it's not that great, he tried to play Forza horizon four, and he gets warning messages saying it doesn't meet the minimum requirements. The processor is nice, but the 1650 is lame, a 3050 is a lot faster, and you see deals for those pop-up all the time

Exactly what I did for my 13yo son for gaming. Added a 2nd hard drive, too. Super easy things to do. He's used it since Christmas with 0 issues!
