This used to be on Game Pass but no longer is, so if you never finished it, $2 isn't bad.

I really enjoyed this game when it was on game pass. I'm not super into metroidvanias, but I felt this was a much lighter style of metroidvania. I usually get frustrated by backtracking but for some reason this game felt a lot more obvious and manageable. It's contrived to say now, but the story and combat are souls-like. The story is not spoonfed and lighty applied. This accentuates the creepy vibes of the universe. The combat is precise and healing is limited just like a dark souls flask. I think this is a no brainer for $2.
