Nope. It doesn't work like that. Not a single game uses the full bandwidth of SSDs, yet, so that 7100 is completely useless. It would literally load games 1 or 2 seconds faster than the stock SSD. Digital Foundry tested a drive with a speed of 3200 and even that was nearly identical to the stock one. On occasion, it took one second longer to load. That was the only difference. No mid-level loading or any hiccups.

I have one with a speed of 3600 (the PS5 reads it at 3400) and there is no difference at all. The only reason to get something as fast as what you mentioned would be for future-proofing, which is fine, but until games start actually taking advantage of that speed, it's just sitting there and it's a waste of money.

This is actually a good deal, as far as 2TB goes. This is a much better purchase for PS5 than what you're talking about.
By the time we see the difference between the nvme drives, PS8 will be out.
You are free to waste your money for no actual gain other than higher numbers on paper. Each to their own...

Not flagship gen4 speeds but still a really great price if someone doesn't care for the aforementioned.

got one for myself, great price indeed. Decent for a primary drive but excellent for a secondary drive.

Flagship nvme 4 has lower tbw so if reliability is important this is a good price point

Read and write speeds for this are 5000 MB/s and 4400 MB/s. If you are using for PS5 then you should get the (SB-RKT4P-2TB) R/W 7100/6600 to take full advantage of the PS5's speed.
