Usually around 180-190. Been waiting for a drop and apparently this is the closest to the lowest price ever according to camelcamelcamel. Perfect to upgrade your laptop!

Pretty much all 3200mhz ram performs the same and is generally reliable. I have not had issues with almost any ram brand (laptop wise) since ddr2. To answer your question specifically pretty much any name brand will be fine. The only differences may be ram timings (CL) but everything I have looked into seems to show the mhz matters more than cl. I bought teamgroup zeus 3200mhz at cl 16 but it runs at 1.35v where as ddr4 generally runs at 1.2v. So I might get a bit less battery life. I doubt the lower cl will ever come into play for gaming though.

I guess the question is if you can't run it at CL20 - what does it runs at?

But it is most likely that if you want CL20 RAM you already know if you can use it.
