Is this better in terms of performance? How's the reliability
Pretty much all 3200mhz ram performs the same and is generally reliable. I have not had issues with almost any ram brand (laptop wise) since ddr2. To answer your question specifically pretty much any name brand will be fine. The only differences may be ram timings (CL) but everything I have looked into seems to show the mhz matters more than cl. I bought teamgroup zeus 3200mhz at cl 16 but it runs at 1.35v where as ddr4 generally runs at 1.2v. So I might get a bit less battery life. I doubt the lower cl will ever come into play for gaming though.
But it is most likely that if you want CL20 RAM you already know if you can use it.
