Pairing one of these hubs with a Samsung Dex compatible phone is pretty sweet, basically turns your phone into a desktop. I plug my s10e into a 24" touchscreen monitor, works flawlessly with the exception of a few video apps that don't support external displays.

Bought the ugreen 6 dock for $17 during last deal. It is quite good, working well. It even works with wireless mouse, which usually have problem with USB-C docks.

Bought the ugreen 6 dock for $17 during last deal. It is quite good, working well. It even works with wireless mouse, which usually have problem with USB-C docks.

I use one of the hubs with my Steam Deck so I can use a mouse and also easily transfer files from my Windows PC using a thumb drive (when I don't want to do all the Linux → Windows stuff). So far it's been great.

I have this for my steam deck. Be aware that even with a 65w type C charger, this won't charge your deck at full speed. It's the same as if you use your included 45w adapter with any dock. So your battery level will slowly go down if you're using the deck with this dock, even if it's plugged in, and even if you're using a bigger power adapter than the included one.

Works well though, I've even used my Microsoft Mixed Reality VR headset with it, which is pretty picky about HDMI and USB ports.

I have the 5 in 1 Ugreen (no SD card slots) and 9 times out of 10 the HDMI works right, but 1 time in 10 the device switches the primary and secondary displays and it's a bit of a pain. If I unplug it and plug it back in it's fine, but if you have external drives attached to the device that can make it more of a pain.
