32gb kits don't sell for $55. You're probably thinking 2x8gb.
Anyway team products are decent if cheap enough. Biggest downside I've run into over the years is being required to pay for shipping to taiwan in order for them to process a rma replacement. I'd recommend testing right away - if there's a defect you'll want to catch it within the amazon return period.
Link to a $55 32gb kit?
CL16 isn't that slow. $100 RAM and $130 2TB SSD is a deal.

That ram is on sale just about every week on newegg for $55, so your deal is the 2TB Cardea z440 for $190.

basically getting 32gb single rank ram (not fastest) for free with good SSD, I personally wouldn't use ram in main system but SSD is not far off usual price of the whole bundle
You wouldn't use it because it's single rank? That's silly. Single vs dual rank is way less impactful than megatransfer and latency, and these speeds are among the most common due to price and performance.

Even if that's the case this is still a slick deal because that would be super cheap for RAM and an A-tier 2TB under $200 is still a nice price.
A good deal for 32GB DDR4 3200 is generally around $90-$100.
