JFYI, I've just received the knife and it broke (center bolt popped out) while I was taking it from the package. Don't know if bolt broke, or was too short in the first place, but can't assemble it back. Initial Schrade's response: "we don't have replacement bolt for your knife"

Umm.. To unscrew I would need to screw it first. And bolt is too short (and now let's comments start...)

Sorry you had that experience and of course I get to return you'd have to pay shipping. It seems like a knife forum where people might know the right hardware to fix it might be the least expensive solution but more work, maybe the quality control with a percentage having issues is why they are so cheap so it's a gamble..
