Probably has been sitting cans for two or three years? I forget what's the issue with Gwar gum? I forget are these sweet tasting? It's not just the cream I think?

No issue for most, but some people have allergic reactions to it or experience gas and bloating. It's a common food additive.

The only ingredients are coconut, water, and guar gum. One serving contains less than 1g of sugars. It's not any sweeter than coconut milk, which isn't particularly sweet-tasting.
