Personally I don't care for the headset but I use it as a dedicated headset for the series S and it's fine. The main thing I like is that it comes with the adapter that clamps onto the controller and gives some basic media controls.
I also really like the Series S because I use it on a 1080p TV and mostly for backwards compatible games, plus it's really tiny for a console and travels well. However, if this was my main gaming machine and I didn't plan to travel with it I'd really want the extra storage and power of the Series X (plus ability to read discs). Those are in stock much more often now.
