XT2 Cameras do not require a storage plan. 2 camera kits only available in used/acceptable at $39.99 and include sync module gen1.
Yes these are used but you'll have a hard time telling. Out of all the Blink cameras I've got on Woot! one of them had a scuff on the body of the camera.

Yes sadly no person or animal detection but for the price and convenience they definitely have a place.
I would consider one with person detection for a formal l doorbell or front of house security camera but general monitoring these work great
