I believe this is an HP OMEN sold under the ELUKTRONICS store on Amazon. For the 2080 SUPER Max-Q, I have an Alienware with one and managed to quite easily VBIOS Flash it to 150W with good cooling, although, I'm not familiar with this laptop or its thermals.
